Hole Size Test

Holes Size

The machining accuracy of the hole diameter directly determines the

installation effect and stability of the assembled product, especially in terms of stability. If the punching diameter deviation is too large, although the bolt is better to pass through and fix, it will cause more space for the installation of bolted

bolts. When the bolted connection is not strong enough, it will increase the deformation structure of the assembled part and result in poor stability; If the deviation of punching diameter is too small, it will make it impossible for the originally intended bolts to pass through, and require the purchase of assembled bolts separately. The reduction of bolt diameter will result in uncontrollable overall strength and safety.

Therefore, the machining accuracy of hole diameter is particularly important, and quality inspection is essential.

Test Mothod

1. Using a vernier caliper to measure, the small outer ruler can accurately locate the size of the hole.
2. Assembly measurement, directly pass through with bolts that meet the requirements, visually inspect the degree of tightness and space.
